Reddit is one of the rawest sources of user pain online.
People go there to rant, ask for help, and describe real-world problems – often before they even start looking for a product.
So instead of guessing what to build or pitch, I built a bot that lets Reddit do the talking – and AI do the rest.
Here’s how it works, end to end 👇
💡 Step 1: Find the Signal
First, the system asks an AI model to generate a list of relevant subreddits and high-signal keywords based on a domain or persona I’m targeting (e.g., SaaS founders, freelancers, marketers).
This gives me a focused map of where to search and what to look for.
🔍 Step 2: Search Reddit for Pain
With that list, it runs a Reddit search – pulling fresh posts where people are struggling, asking for help, or expressing unmet needs.
These are real user conversations, in their own words.
✅ Step 3: Validate the Problem
Each post is passed to another AI model with a simple prompt:
“Is this a legit problem someone would pay to solve?”
If the answer is yes, the post moves forward in the pipeline.
✍️ Step 4: Summarize & Pitch
Now comes the magic:
An AI agent takes the post and generates two things:
-
A short, clear summary of the problem
-
A sales pitch for a potential solution
So not only do I get ideas – I get angles to sell them.
🗂️ Step 5: Store Everything in Airtable
All of it – the post, the validation result, the summary, and the pitch – gets saved neatly in Airtable. I can filter by tags, score ideas, or plug them into my sales/marketing stack.
🔁 Here’s What It Looks Like in Practice:

🚀 Why This Works
Most founders and marketers build then validate. This system flips that.
Instead, I:
-
Listen to real conversations
-
Let AI qualify the signal
-
Generate solutions + pitches without lifting a finger
No cold outreach. No surveys. Just Reddit → real pain → ready-to-test solutions.
Now I’ve got a growing database of validated problems, summaries, and sales copy – all sourced directly from the internet’s most honest forum.
If you want help adapting this system for your domain (freelancers, SaaS, agencies, etc.), feel free to reply here – happy to jam.
Let the internet do the talking. Let AI do the rest.
